Grand Commencement of 1st batch of Diploma in Human Rights - 2025/2026 (Intake 01) Programme.

On the 14th of March 2026, Eastern University, Sri Lanka, commemorated a momentous occasion with the grand inauguration of the inaugural batch of the Diploma in Human Rights Programme. The ceremony was hosted at the Auditorium of the Centre for External Degrees and Extension Courses.

The event attracted a plethora of esteemed guests Dean/FAC, Director/CEDEC, Chairman - Board of Study, Coordinator-DHR, Coordinator-Examinations & Registration/CEDEC, and eager students ready to embark on their educational journey The ceremony commenced with an air of anticipation as distinguished officials of Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
